Description:
Recount was inspired by the United States election 2000 debacle. It is a polling application and library written in PHP, and released under the terms of the GPL. It allows you to quickly and easily create and manage poll based content in any format you like. It currently supports both PostgreSQL and MySQL. Author: Ben Jones
