I've built QGIS 0.4 on MAC OS X with some dependencies (FINK for some 
lib an my grasslib from my GRASS dist for other). Now there are two 
big problems:
- vectors formats does not work very well (in QGIS 0.3 worked);
- grass plugin is not loaded but it's built with 5.7 support: I can 
not open grass format

In the other side QGIS on Qt/unix on OS X - X11 is very fast and last 
version has a Print support.
The goal is to build QGIS on Qt/Mac edition: it would be a true Mac 
application.
