try the suse portal, if you register your product and ask for help there, you'll either get support by phone, web or email

Once I tried to get SuSE install help, and they said:

We don't provide help in setting up printing.

That was after a week trying to get a response.

Does this mean they will help you with the installation, as long as it means the computer proper, and no peripherals like printers, keyboards, mice, or monitors?

Why are they mostly giving away their 9.1 DVDs, allowing them to be included with magazines and some books? 9.1 professional version. I speculate that 2.6.3 had so many bugs that 9.1 is low enough quality to just give away without losing any profit. It is not going to keep people from getting 9.2, because it won't work well enough and people will be glad to upgrade to the 9.2. However, it will just make some people go away from SuSE or SUSE or suse.
